Jeff was a wonderful guy and good friend. I had the pleasure of riding with Jeff and Diane at several biker events, as well as attend parties at their home. He was kind, generous, helpful and humorous much-loved friend. Hadn't seen him since he sold and travelled, but thanks to facebook, kept in touch. Praying for peace and comfort to Diane and all of their family. Jeff will be missed.

Jeff my man, when I think of you, I remember the campouts, the square dances, the club picnics, and the joking and kidding around that we did. Yes, good times. As one Chief to another.....You rest well my friend and I wish you "Fair winds and following seas and long may your big jib draw!"

So sad. I enjoyed working with him, loved his personality. Life can be short; this is a reminder to enjoy it to the fullest. I wish his family the best.

For all of us this is a hard time. I have known Jeff and Diane for some time now. I believe he was one the most thoughtful guys I have ever had the luxary of meeting. As a fellow employee here at Southwest Regional Maintenance Center here in San Diego, there was never a moment he did not take the time to help guide somebody. He was a mentor to alot of people and a friend to anyone that had the privalage of meeting him. I have alot of great memories of Jeff, from our days of riding around
Sturgis South Dakota, or when he came a rescued me and my trailer in the desert:), but my favorite of all is when he would just come by a chat for a while. JEFF YOU WILL BE MISSED BY US ALL. "FAIR WINDS AND FOLLOWING SEA'S MY FRIEND". Diane and Family if you ever need me, do not hesitate to call.

When you come from a small rural town like West Liberty you meet your classmates in kindergarten and spend the next 12 years growing and experiencing life together. Those memories are a joy to reflect on for your entire life. I’m going to share my most vivid memory of Jeff. We were in I think 4th or 5th grade. Someone (I don’t remember who) had a birthday party at Skateland. We were all having a blast when the lights dimmed and the ball with the colored lights came down to let us know it was a moonlight skate. Boys and girls coupled up to skate together holding hands. I stood there as one by one my friends went out to skate. Just I was about to cry here came Jeff. He smiled at me and held out his hand. I will forever remember his kindness that day. Goodbye my friend. Thanks for the skate. Wish I could have told you in person how much I appreciated that.

I'm so sorry for your loss. Your family is in my thoughts and prayers.
Jeff was in my high school graduating class. Although we weren't friends that hung out, we kept in touch on Facebook, and he was always very supportive during my daughter's illness and also when I had the crazy idea to run a marathon! I appreciated his support so much. He will be missed by many.

Jeff was the best brother-in-law I could have ever asked for. He was the nicest, most positive person and loved Diane more than most ever knew. She was his world, and he was hers. He will be greatly missed by so many.

I remember the first time I met grandpa. I think I was 5 or 6. I was told he was bald so I tried to look without him knowing. He was wearing a trucker hat so I couldn’t tell. So I had to be a kid and ask. Turned out he had no hair. I loved him right then and there.
