I've known Betty from the time I moved to West Liberty. I very much enjoyed her friendly greetings and visits at Simpson Memorial both when she was a loyal employee as well as when she became a resident.
My heartfelt sympathy to Betty's family. I am a volunteer at Simpson. I will miss our lively chats about the "Cubs". Knew Betty for many, many years. Always a friendly gal. She loved the Cubs but she loved her family more.
