I went to high school with Mary. I seen and talked to Mary a few times since then, she was a very nice lady. I seen her shortly after they received their son. She was so happy and proud. RIP Mary, you will be missed very much!!!

Mary, May God Bless Your Soul, you have been a wonderful patient of mine. Actually you were my first patient to see when I joined University of Iowa faculty last July. It was great taking care of you. You have taught me lessons on how to be tough and never give up. You always wanted to fight the tumor, and I am glad I was able, at some time, to help you with that.
My prayers and thoughts for you, Larry, Sean and the family.
Larry, you have been a great person, very helpful to Mary and me in making treatment decisions, I appreciate how meticulous you were taking care of her.

As childhood neighbors, we Crock kids ruled the creek and played between the farms. Two Crock families, both with 5 girls and a boy. I remember a blonde Mary, much younger than I.
