West Liberty, Iowa Mariano M. Iniguez, 96, died Saturday May 31, 2014 at the Simpson Memorial Home in West Liberty. Funeral mass will be held 2 P.M. Wednesday, at St. Joseph Catholic Church in West Liberty. Visitation will be Tuesday 4 to 7 P.M. at the Henderson-Barker Funeral Home in West Liberty. Burial will be in the Oak Ridge Cemetery, West Liberty. Online condolences may be made to the family at www.hendersonbarkerfuneralhome.com. Mariano was born July 27, 1917 in Moline, Kansas the son of Modesto Iniguez and Maria Martinez. He was united in marriage to Guadalupe Cabral in C.D. Acuna Mexico in 1941. Mariano was raised in Mexico and returned with his family in 1969 to make his home in West Liberty. He was employed with Louis Rich Foods for many years until his retirement. He was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church in West Liberty. He enjoyed music, working on cars and most importantly spending time with his family. He is survived by his wife Guadalupe of West Liberty. Four children: Humberto (Maria) Iniguez of West Liberty, Cristina De La Rosa of West Liberty, Celia (Jose) Revelez of West Liberty and Mario (Debra) Iniguez of Grandview, Iowa. 15 grandchildren, 28 Great grandchildren and 3 great great grandchildren. Nephew: Jose (Josefina) Bustamante of Ames, Iowa. He was preceded in death by his parents, infant son Mario, sister Felipa Bustamante, and two grandsons Ruben Revelez and Juanito De La Rosa.
