Elva Cordova Vargas, 79, passed away Sunday, January 17, 2021 at her home.
Family graveside services will be held Wednesday, January 20, 2021 at the Oak Ridge Cemetery, West Liberty. Online condolences may be made to the family at www.hendersonbarkerfuneralhome.com.
Elva was born February 7, 1941 in Mexico. She moved to Iowa 42 years ago and worked for Louis Rich Foods/West Liberty Food for 36 years retiring in 2013. She enjoyed being outdoors, reading her bible and most important to her was her family and grandchildren. She will be greatly missed by her family.
She is survived by three granddaughters: Yolanda Coreas of West Liberty, Claudia Vargas of Davenport and Julissa Vargas of Muscatine, 5 great grandchildren: Rosemary, Adrian, Daniel, Camila and Sophia.
