Stephen Kline, 66, of West Branch, died May 7, 2014 at Mercy Hospice in Iowa City.
Family private services will be held at the Wellman Cemetery, Wellman, Iowa. Memorials may be made to Iowa City Hospice. Then Henderson-Barker Funeral Home in West Branch is in charge of arrangements. Online condolences may be made to the family at www.hendersonbarkerfuneralhome.com.
Stephen Kent Kline was born June 11, 1947 in Burlington, Iowa the son of Delbert and Connie Dodson Kline. He was a graduate of West Liberty High School in the Class of 1965. On December 4, 1976 he was united in marriage to Helen Karr in West Liberty.
Steve had worked in sales for many years. He enjoyed riding his Harley.
Survivors include his wife Helen of West Branch. Three Children: Jill (Ernie) Alegre of Las Vegas, Nevada, Drew (Sarah) Kline of Omaha, Nebraska and Aaron (Jody) Kline of North Liberty, two grandsons: Ryan and Andrew Alegre. Two sisters: Linda (Jim) Thompson of Muscatine and Debbie Maxson of West Liberty, Brother: Kim (Kimberly) Kline of St. Louis, Missouri. He was preceded in death by his parents.
