Tipton, Iowa James G. “Jimmy” Morris, 57, passed away suddenly Sunday April 19, 2020 at St. Luke’s Hospital in Cedar Rapids. A celebration of life will be held at a later date. James Glenn Morris was born October 27, 1962 the son of Melvin and Bonnie (Ryder) Morris. He attended West Liberty High School. He enjoyed drawing, stock car races and his motorcycle. Survivors include his mother Bonnie of Bettendorf, siblings: Rob Chelf of Atalissa, Mary (Larry) Parker of Davenport, Gina (Danny) Voccola of Del Rico, Florida, Linda Cook of Fairfield and Jolleen Bell of Tipton. Step sister Stacy (Jamie) Kirk and a step brother Jim Meyers. Many nieces and nephews also survive. He was preceded in death by his father and a brother Richard Eugene Morris.
