Jaime Andres Lopez, 33 passed away Sunday, March 15, 2020 at the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics.
Family funeral mass will be held Friday. Visitation will be held Thursday from 4 to 6 P.M. at St. Joseph Catholic Church in West Liberty. Interment will be in the Oak Ridge cemetery, West Liberty.
Jaime was born July 7, 1986 in Albany, Texas the son of Carlos Lopez and Reyna Cardenas. He attended West Liberty High School. Jaime worked in construction. He enjoyed family gatherings, BBQ's and was always the life of the party.
Survivors include two daughters: Jessica and Alicia of West Liberty, mother: Reyna Lopez of Iowa City and father Carlos Lopez of West Liberty. Two brothers: Carlos and Stevan living in Oregon and sister Mireya Lopez of Iowa City.
