Obituary of Andres Garcia Jr.

Andres "Andy" Garcia, 73, passed away at his home Saturday morning March 23, 2019.

Funeral mass will be held 11 A.M. Saturday, March 30, 2019 at St. Joseph Catholic Church in West Liberty.  Visitation will be from 9:30 until 11 at the church on Saturday. Andres was born August 10, 1945 in McAllen, Texas the son of Andres Sr. and Alicia Garcia. He had been employed with National Roofing Industry in St. Lake City, Utah, IBP and recently retired from the Marriott in Coralville. He was united in marriage to Georgia Collins.

He is survived by his wife Georgia, children: Viola Garcia of Pharr, Texas, Debra Garcia of Pharr, Texas and Loretta Dominquez of Lone Tree, step children: Connie Huff of West Liberty and Steven Pugh of Attica, Indiana, 16 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren. 8 siblings: Frank Garcia, Joe Garcia, Gilbert Garcia, Juan Garcia, Mike Garcia, Alicia Ramon, Sylvia Garcia and Carmen Garcia. He was preceded in death by his parents, son Ray and a brother Jose Garcia.
