I fell in love with your mom the first time we met during a visit to her home in Virginia. She was so welcoming to me. We had a great time together visiting, swimming and going for ice cream cones. During another visit with her at her home in Iowa City, she presented me with a small white bunny which resides on the corner of my entertainment center. Since then, I think of her several times a day whenever I glance that direction. Please know that I am thinking of you as you celebrate her life and say your final earthly good-byes, and that I am very grateful to have had the chance to have her, though briefly, in my life.
