Sorry to hear that Nan is gone from our world, her light will shine on through your memories and love. We had a lot of fun when she and Richard and their friends volunteered working with the residents at the Simpson Home, they gave from the heart and were a much appreciated asset to our community. I am so sorry to hear about your mom's passing! She was a special lady.
One thing I remember about her was that she was a great cook! I also remember at least one occasion when she came outside to shoot baskets with us when we were playing basketball in your driveway.

Karen I will always remember when we were backyard neighbors and we would play and go back and forth to our houses. But I always remember when we were at your house your mom would be in the kitchen and baking something. Good times. Thinking of you and all of your families.

To the entire family of Nan, you have my sincere condolences. She was a one of kind. We spent many times having conversations about things that were private to both of us. I never worried that she would break my confidence. We shared many recipes and if she didn’t like it she would tell me! She will be missed. Rest In Peace dear friend.
