We wanted to express our sadness in Joe's passing. Mom has happy memories of working with Joe while he was mayor and she assessor. Mom says that he would walk into their office every morning and say, "Well folks, what's the good word today?" He was such a good, kind and generous man. Art remembers getting to know him while he assisted in the assessor's office and doing some summer painting for Joe at his house. Our prayers are with the family during this time.
