We wanted to express our sadness in Joe's passing. Mom has happy memories of working with Joe while he was mayor and she assessor. Mom says that he would walk into their office every morning and say, "Well folks, what's the good word today?" He was such a good, kind and generous man. Art remembers getting to know him while he assisted in the assessor's office and doing some summer painting for Joe at his house. Our prayers are with the family during this time. In sincere sympathy, Jack, Shirley and Art Bradshaw

Josephine: Sorry to read about Joe's passing. A great guy and friendly, helpful neighbor on Dennis in Rochelle. We were really lucky to live across the street from the Panozzo family.
My love to you and Joey.

Please accept my sincere condolences on the loss of Joe. My mom worked with him at Carnation; my dad knew him well. (I was in Ang's class at RTHS and a good friend of his.) I read both of Joe's books and found them so interesting. He was a good person.

Mass was offered at Crestview in his Memory on Ash Wednesday and also at West Branch, St. Bernadette's and West Liberty, St. Josephs; with his intention on the day of his death. His smile lives on and his satisfaction and delight in his wife, Jospehine cannot die.
