Losing the neighbors of first my grandparents, and then me, is more like losing family than I ever anticipated. It's the end of an era on Calhoun Street, but it lasted a good long time. I will miss knowing that he's always there involved somehow in the goings on in the neighborhood and West Liberty.

I 'clearly' remember learning to water ski at the Lake of the Ozarks. I thought my butt was stuck on the water.. and he yelled 'stand up' or we're done. You don't argue with Bill so I stood up and loved water skiing from that day on! Bill was definitely one of the good guys in my book. I certainly Celebrate his life with You!

It was my great pleasure to sit next to Bill at the West Liberty City Council table for a year and to work with him in striving to make this town better. He was a great example of a lifelong, "older" generation resident who still voted for and wholeheartedly supported progressive improvements. He was a great town "father" for many years and his daily influence on the community is sorely missed.

Cline family,
We are sorry to hear of bills passing. May it being you comfort that one day it will be our time to move on and will be reunited again!
WMT tractorcade crew will not be the same without Bills presence on his 1206. This tractorcade crew has a lot of good story to tell about Bill, even though I only got to know him the last 7 years, I knew from day one if he likes red equipment he's a good guy, ( from a girl that was working at jd at the time)
Bill will be missed!
