I worked at GrobinPolaris I remember Roy coming out and working on he's snowmobile to rebuild the motor with out anybody knowing. So he looked like he had the smallest snowmobile but than he hit the gas and it would fly. He laughed when he came back from test driving and he couldn't wait to go on the trip.He was a Great guy.Sorry for your loss.Enjoyed alot talks with him....

Sorry to hear about Roy .I am Joyce Losee's son ,she would be Roys' first cousin. As I am a gear head also ,my wife and I would often meet Roy at area Swap Meets after retirement, and before at his Booth at car shows .We were always glad to catch up on his latest "endeavors" .He always had time to stop and visit with his distant cousins and was certainly a most interesting Man.

Roy was a one in a million kind of guy and I am sorry to hear of his passing. He was a very talented painter and he painted a motorcycle for me in the 70's. I worked for Roy a few months in 1980, I was between jobs and he put me to work running a pattern torch. Back then it was Roy, Denny and me. I would guess that for years Roy was the most successful manufacturer in West Branch but if you were to ask people in West Branch who he was or what he did 99% of them could not have given you an answer. Godspeed Roy it was an honor to have known you and you will be missed.
