West Liberty, Iowa Louise E. Jensen, 92, died Tuesday August 11, 2009 at the Simpson Memorial Home in West Liberty. Graveside memorial services will be held 11 A.M. Monday August 17, 2009 at the North Prairie Cemetery, West Liberty. A memorial fund has been established. The Henderson-Barker Funeral Home in West Liberty is in charge of arrangements. Louise was born August 8, 1917 in West Liberty the daughter of Charles and Lillie Flack Probst. On June 9, 1937 she was united in marriage to Lester Jensen. She was a member of the First Church United in West Liberty, and the Moose Lodge in Muscatine. She and Lester wintered in Dade City, Florida for 20 years. Survivors include one son: Bill (Lois) Jensen of West Liberty, daughter: Carolea (Charles) Bowman of Longville, Minnesota and a daughter-in-law: Cathy Jensen of Branson, Missouri. 10 grandchildren as well as several great and great great grandchildren also survive. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband Lester, Son James, one grandchild, two brothers: Wayne and Hugh and three sisters: Elva Edgar, Ruth Curry and Mary Bartholomew.
