Atalissa, Iowa Donna Jean Blick, 61, died Saturday July 5, 2008 at her home in Atalissa surrounded by her family following an extended illness. Funeral services will be held 10:30 A.M. Wednesday July 9, 2008 at the Henderson-Barker Funeral Home in West Liberty. Visitation will be held Tuesday from 4 to 8 P.M. at the funeral home. Burial will be in the Overman Cemetery, Atalissa. A memorial fund has been established. Donna was born April 23, 1947 in Tipton, Iowa the daughter of Eugene and Clara Dallege Eves. She was a graduate of Tipton High School in the Class of 1965. On September 30, 1967 she was united in marriage to Ronald Joseph Blick at the United Methodist Church in Tipton. She had been employed at Mercy Hospital in Iowa City and Sheller Globe in Iowa City for several years. She was a member of the ABC's and Atalissa Fire Dept. Ladies Auxiliary. Donna enjoyed crafts, was a bride doll and angel collector. She is survived by her husband: Ronald of Atalissa. Mother: Clara Eves of Tipton and Three Children: Joseph (Kandice) Blick, Kori Blick of Atalissa and April (Aaron) Schrock of Kalona. Three Grandchildren: Ashley and Courtney Blick and Tori Schrock as well as her sister Barbara Werling of Tipton. She was preceded in death by her father Eugene.
