West Liberty, Iowa Lois Jean Keith, 76, died Thursday, October 14, 2010, at the Hospice Unit of Mercy Hospital in Iowa City. Funeral services will be 10:30 AM on Wednesday, October 20, 2010 at the Zion Lutheran Church in Atalissa officiated by Pastor Lynn Thiede. Visitation will be 4:00-7:00PM on Tuesday, October 19, 2010 at the Zion Lutheran Church in Atalissa. Burial will be at the Oak Ridge Cemetery in West Liberty. A memorial fund has been established. Lois was born June 17, 1934 in Rochester, Iowa, the daughter of Wilbur and Frances Shetler Goodale. She graduated from Atalissa High School. She was united in marriage to Henry “Hank” Keith on March 27, 1953 in Muscatine. She retired from Louis Rich in 1994 after working there for many years. Lois was a member of the Zion Lutheran Church in Atalissa. Lois enjoyed fishing, cooking, playing cards, and watching the Hawkeyes on T.V. She also enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren. She is survived by 3 sons, David Keith of West Liberty, Thomas (Tina) Keith of Nichols, and John (Karen) Keith of Muscatine; 12 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren. She is also survived by 3 sisters, Mary (Art) Samuelson of Tipton, Carole Watson of Keithsburg, IL, and Patricia Rocha of Atalissa, and a brother Gary (Vickie) Goodale of Leesburg, FL. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband Hank, son Dennis Lee, brother Bill, and daughter-in-law Karen.
