from starting scouts (maybe brownies) I loved the caring and laughter of Velma. Scouting with Myrna was great! Oh and one more thing my Mom just out of college taught at Springville, and taught Velma (Velma always remembered to tell me) Then when I was at my first obgyn appointment, there was Velma, we seemed to have appointments the same days. Always looked forward to those appointments knowing I was going to get a lesson on motherhood. My husband never wanted to go and I told him to stay home Velma would be there. Well both of our daughters grew up to be very good friends, again learning motherhood from Velma. As you can tell Velma was very special to me thru different years of my life.
