My Mother "Larry" King (Clara Mae Larson) was a classmate of Elmer's. My family has had the pleasure of visiting with Elmer over the years when visiting West Branch. The summer of 2003 my parents Larry and Jim along with my brother Brian King had a wonderful visit with Elmer. We have all enjoyed the family Christmas letters and especially Elmer's tireless efforts over the years to keep WBHS Class of '38 in contact with each other. What a gracious and lovely man Elmer was.

To Keith and the Hemingway children,
We send our sympathy on Elmer's passing. He and Lucille were well loved neighbors of our Uncle Jim and Aunt Mary Brack. My brother Daryl remembers summers on the Brack farm and working with the Hemingways. May he rest in peace and may you find comfort in your memories of a life well lived

My sincere sympathy. May your hearts find comfort in God's Word where it states: "He will swallow up death forever, and the Sovereign Lord Jehovah will wipe away the tears from all faces." (Isaiah 25:8)
May your loved one awaken to a world where there will be peace, no sickness, and no more troubles throughout eternity. (John 5:28,29; Revelation 21:4) Find comfort and hope in God's Word, your family and friends, and your good memories.
