Chuck and I served at Air Force Global Weather Central at Offutt Air Force Base from 1989-1991. I miss him so very much. He could make me laugh at the drop of a hat. And the memories of all the members of our unit are still very vivid. I recall Chuck talking about fiber optics before that communication method became a reality. He was always excited about this new venture. I pray for his family and I do apologize for such a late response to his passing.
