West Liberty, Iowa Jesus Guerrero Garcia, 65, passed away Tuesday October 20, 2015 at the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics. Funeral mass will be held 10:30 A.M. Friday, October 23, 2015 at St. Joseph Catholic Church in West Liberty. Visitation will be held 4 to 8 P.M. Thursday at the Henderson-Barker Funeral Home, West Liberty. Jesus was born September 30, 1950 the son of Jose Angel Guerrero and Consuelo Garcia in CD. Juarez Chihuahua, Mexico. He was united in marriage to Estela Haros-Resendez. He was a hard working man and would help anyone in need. Enjoyed sewing, cars and mechanic work, as well as music and playing the drums; a legacy he has passed on to his children. Jesus also was a loving husband and especially enjoyed his grandchildren. Jesus is survived by his wife Estela of West Liberty. Four children: Israel (Allison) Guerrero of West Liberty, Saul (Ashley) Guerrero of Iowa City, Chelo (Tyler) Lo of Iowa City and Jonathan Guerrero of Iowa City. Eight grandchildren: Ashton, Sophia, Greyson, Jonah, Ezra, Kato, Mila and Rio. Sister Graciela Mendia of Chicago, Illinois and brother Jose (Micaela) Guerrero of El Paso, Texas.
