Daniel I. Fridley, 55, died Saturday October 10, 2009 in Muscatine.

Services will be held at 10:00AM on Wednesday October 14, 2009 at the Henderson-Barker Funeral Home in West Liberty. Visitation will be 5:00-8:00PM on Tuesday at the funeral home. Dan was born January 27, 1954 in Muscatine, Iowa the son of Richard and Pat VanZyle Fridley. He graduated from West Liberty High School in 1972. He was united in marriage to Sandy Struck, they later divorced. He had been employed with Monsanto as a plant operator.

He is survived by his parents Richard and Pat Fridley of Nichols, daughter Shawna (Jeff) Laughlin and her children Caden and Ryan of Fort Dodge, IA, son Chad (Lisa) Fridley of Ames, IA, brother Mike (Christine) Fridley of Muscatine, sisters Peg (Dave) Akers of Nichols and Lorrie (Don) Lampe of Muscatine; and former wife Sandy Fridley of Nichols.
