I was surprised to hear of Jack's passing. I have very fond memories of Jack. I worked with him when he was administrator at Wheatland Manor. He made me laugh! He had a wonderful way about him...I loved his story telling. God bless.

We have been out of town and are shocked at this tremendous loss of a vary fine gentleman, a good husband, and father. Our children grew up together, and our pain is deep. Our hope in Life Eternal overcomes our outward grief of this loss. We are without words to totally convey our feelings. May God comfort and provide support at this time.

To The Family of Jack McIntosh,
You don't know me but you do know my brother-in-law, Ray Bozarth and his wife Myrna and several other of my family members who had the honor and priveledge of knowing and working for Jack. Jack is among my favorite bosses, such an easy man to talk to who always made time for you, who listened and found workable solutions for any issue. Jack possesed integrety and honesty above most I've come to know in my life. He will be greatly missed but know he will remain with us always, as long as we continue to remember him.
With my deepest sympathy,
Mary E.Schauf-Van Dyke

No words can convey or console the loss of a father; the memories of his love and sacrifices must be treasured by his offspring. God Bless

Gwen and family,
My deepest sympathy and prayers go with you this day and always!. I have such GREAT memories of being hired and working with Jack at Simpson Home. I remember walking into his office to be interviewed and walking out within 20 minutes - being hired to be charge nurse on day shift - WOW! His knowledge and compassion for his employees and the residents residing at this home was immeasurable! He truly was an inspiring human being and will make an awesome ANGEL! God Bless

Gwen and family, So sorry to hear of Jack's passing. I have many great memories working with Jack at Wheatland Manor. He hired me as a new grad from nursing school. Im so glad he did. Most of my nursing career, was under the leadership of Jack. He always had time to stop and say hello to his employees and the residents. His office door was always open to sit and talk, share a story or a good joke. I'll remember his smile and his laugh. At the end of each day, he would ask,"Are you here tommorrow, and say good night dear. He called everyone dear. Jack will be sincerelye missed.
