Life Legacy West Branch, Iowa Ted G. Morrison, 84, passed away Monday, April 11, 2016 at Mercy Hospice in Iowa City. Funeral services will be held 1 P.M. Friday, April 15, 2016 at the Henderson-Barker Funeral Home in West Branch with visitation being held from 11:30 until service time. Memorials may be made to Iowa City Hospice. Online condolences may be made to the family at www.hendersonbarkerfuneralhome.com He was born December 17, 1931 at West Liberty the son of Henry and Nellie Hayes Morrison. He was a graduate of West Branch High School in the class of 1950. On June 12, 1953 he was united in marriage to Lucine Brenneman in Iowa City. Ted had operated Morrison Enterprises, doing accounting, operating the car washes in West Branch and West Liberty and a Laundromat. He enjoyed attending bluegrass festivals. Survivors include his wife Lucine of West Branch. Three children: Rick (Kim) Morrison of Longmont, Colorado, Bev (Keith) Earley of Palmer, Alaska and Jeff (Debby) Morrison of Muscatine. 8 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren also survive. He was preceded in death by his parents and a sister Donna.
