Nichols, Iowa –

Susan Kristine “Kris” Bradish, 74, passed away peacefully at her home on Thursday, May 1, 2025.

Visitation will be held Monday, May 5, 2025, from 9:30 to 11:00 a.m. at the Henderson-Barker Funeral Home in West Liberty, followed by funeral services at 11:00 a.m. Burial will be in Nichols Cemetery, Nichols, Iowa. 

A memorial fund has been established in Kris’s memory.

Kris was born on June 21, 1950, in Muscatine, Iowa, the daughter of Donald and Marilyn (Schultz) Meyers. She was a graduate of West Liberty High School. Kris worked at Louis Rich and later West Liberty Foods, dedicating 35 years of service before retiring in 2015.

On July 7, 1981, she was united in marriage to Steve Bradish in Rock Island, Illinois. Kris enjoyed spending time at the casino and flower gardening.

She is survived by her husband, Steve of Nichols; two children: Rebecca Pasdach of Memphis, Tennessee, and Chris Bradish of Nichols; four grandchildren: Eric West, Emily (Colton) Barnhart, Donald Brooks, and Sakoyah Pasdach; and one great-grandchild. She was preceded in death by her parents; her daughter, Kelly Pasdach; and her brother, Jim Meyers.
